3. Waitlist Registration

Joining the waitlist is free and requires only your name and email address. By joining the waitlist, you:

• Agree to receive email notifications when Form 4547 becomes available
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Understand that you can unsubscribe from emails at any time

4. Pricing and Payment

Joining the waitlist is completely free. When Form 4547 becomes available, our form preparation service costs $24.99 per child (with volume discounts for multiple children). This is a one-time payment per child, not a subscription. Payment will be required before final form submission.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Not use the service to transmit harmful code or malware
